The apartment is on Willow Ave. Its a 3rd floor unit (2 flights of stairs). We bought it with the idea of renovating the kitchen, but kids changed that plan. It has a large kitchen and large open living area with good light, it also has a center dining room/office area. It's a nice wide unit with high ceilings, exposed brick and lots of character. The flip side of having the large living spaces is that the bedroom is small. It also has an extra room with a large window which is ideal for an office or large walk-in closet, but has also been used as a second bedroom and a nursery. Close proximity to Church Square Park is a real plus. Also - anyone familiar with Hoboken parking knows it can be aggravating. A nice benefit of being by the hospital is that the street/meter parking works to your benefit. Once you figure out the schedule you can almost always manage overnight parking somewhere on the block. Our tenant is moving out at the end of June, so anything before 8/1 would be great. We are also open to a potential lease-purchase arrangement or even selling the unit outright if interested.
